everybody loves this chicken


4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbl. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
italian seasoning

melt butter in skillet. add italian seasoning. i love italian seasoning. i don't know how much i use-- probably at least a Tbl. brown chicken in butter and seasoning. put the chicken in a baking dish. mix cream cheese, soup, and water in the skillet you just used (because heaven forbid we dirty another dish!). stir this mixture and then pour over the chicken. cover with foil or lid and bake at 325 for an hour. serve with angel hair pasta. (i always prefer angel hair to spaghetti.)

this is so yum that ALL of my kids actually eat it. miracle.
