cheaters lemon cookies

1 (18.25 oz.) package lemon cake mix (cheater!)
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
zest and juice from one lemon
1/3 c. powdered sugar

preheat to 375.

mix cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon zest and juice until well blended. if you have the time, it would be nice to stick this dough in the fridge for like an hour, otherwise it's pretty sticky-- but i'm sure you can cope like i did.

drop teaspoonfuls of dough into a bowl of the powdered sugar. roll them til lightly covered. place on cookie sheet.

bake 6-9 minutes. don't bake too long: bottoms will be light brown and the insides chewy.
