my sister-in-law was visiting from texas and made this for us. it was DELICIOUS.
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1-2 Tbl. grated fresh ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
simply mix together and pour into an electric fry pan with 8-10 thighs (i'm lazy and i'd probably just use chicken breasts). turn every once in a while til it's done. serve with rice and veggies.
I will try this one, we eat chicken at least 3 times a week! YEAH...Allison's back!
