spaghetti with kielbosa
my dad would spend hours making his famous spaghetti. i just don't have that kind of time, so i made shortcuts for everything. i always use angel hair pasta. can/jar of spaghetti sauce and lots of cheese. the key ingredient is the sausage. now in america i would always use kielbosa from sam's or costco. here... i just use whatever i can find. i'm lazy so after i cut up the sausage i microwave is so it releases it's juice. toss it all together.
garlic bread: it's so much better when it's homemade. mix garlic and italian seasonings into butter. after spreading it on the bread, sprinkle with paprika. bake at whatever for however long. :)
