german pancakes





preheat oven to 425. blend 6 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, and 1/4 tsp. salt. spray a 9 x 13 dish and pour mixture in. melt like 4 tbl. (can't remember and i don't want to get off my lazy arse to check) and pour that over egg mixture. bake 20-25 minutes. it rises really cool.

serve with syrup of course!
